Aaron and his team were an absolute delight to work with. From the first consultation, Aaron's professionalism, sincerity and deep knowledge guided me through the various flooring options.
I took a gamble and originally decided to try sanding down the existing flooring and refinishing it. After sanding, however, we found that the original hardwood was very inconsistent. It was originally finished in a very dark colour, so the inconsistencies in the wood were not visible. Aaron refinished small patches of the sanded wood to show me the options I had and how the inconsistencies could be lessened
