Ron was here early for the appointment by 10 minutes, unlike other cleaners who have shown up hours late. He was friendly and efficient and went about the carpet cleaning professionally. What impressed me most was his work quality. He was not done until it was up to his high standards and he went over some problem ares twice or three times.
My wife came home to our 20 year old carpets and was amazed how good they looked.

We have used Apple Carpet Cleaning 5 times in the past couple years and they have been AMAZING! Very professional service and they do a great job of making our carpets look new! I dont know what the other reviewer issue was (as I am sure there are 2 sides to the story) but I reccomend Apple Carpet Cleaning to ALL my friends and family.

I don't have any idea who the "bad reviewer" was talking to but there is no way it could have been the owner/operator I have always dealt with. He is friendly, polite, and an absolute joy to work with. I have used Apple Carpet Cleaning on several occasions and he does outstanding work. He actually cares about the quality of service and does an amazing job. I just used him again today - after a year at another residence. He not only remembered me and my other house but also that we were preparing for a wedding. That impressed me. I cannot recommend him highly enough! He does very good work, is prompt
