I'm always so impressed by the service from RedBlue. Everything from the office staff to the technicians are professional and so helpful. They were fabulous during a recent cold snap taking care of my older mother whose heating wasn't working properly. And again with us when our heat pump needed a reset. Great work ethic and very caring!

My wife and I found Mashal and his team to be excellent with the installation of a heat pump system in our recent move to a downsized home. We used RedBlue for my parents' heat pump installation (switching from electric heat) during the summer. The air conditioning worked well, but when winter arrived we found that the heat pump's heating function was faulty, and the installer had disabled the electric backup heat source. We initially had some difficulty getting a satisfactory response from the front-desk staff, but upon escalating to the owner we received a very quick, professional, and satisfactory resolution that corrected the installation mistake and got the heat working properly within 24 hours.

I was really impressed with this company in general and the two teams (ducting and refrigeration) that worked on installing a new heat pump system for my home. From the first home visit for the purpose of building a quote to the actual installation dates everything was impressive:
- timely and detailed responses from Derrick regarding the quote;
- on time arrival for the teams on the install date even though the date/time was booked 3 months prior;
- cleaning their workspace after each work-day
- choosing not the easiest solution for ducting and power line conduits but the ones that made sense

The crew from RedBlue, from some close friends of mine, heard that I was having a very challenging time with the heat conditions at my home in Victoria early August 2021. The owner, Marshall ,was by my home in a couple days. They organized all permits and BC Hydro on my behalf .
The four or five RedBlue techs where very respectful, efficient and clean. I'm not sure I could have asked for more!! I am thrilled with my new heat pump.

I worked over forty years in the construction industry and I know to do my homework before hiring contractors, Get more than one quote. RedBlue's estimator instilled a lot of confidence and was a deciding factor in our choice.
