Hot Pepper Furnace Duct Cleaning came to my home Feb 26, 2021 to clean my furnace, ducts, dryer vent and power sanitizing, etc. I happened to put my hand in the big vacuum pipe and there was so very little suction. Obviously the air quality in my house did not change much, if any after they completed the job. I complained and on Mar 06 another tech came and was rude and insinuated I was lying about the first cleaning. Again I put my hand in the vacuum hose and the power was much stronger but this tech spent such a short time only doing the heat registers, never touched the vents or furnace. Result

Wow. What can I say. This company was absolutely excellent. I confess I don't tip much but I felt compelled to tip Yuri for the excellent workmanship and professionalism that went above and beyond.
I initially dealt with cliff by phone and scheduled Yuri's visit. Cliff was excellent at explaining the service and all that they did.
I called around to a bunch of different duct cleaning companies and got quotes. The results were Hot pepper provided the most service including anti fungal duct spray and provided the vent brushing, which nobody else provides, for the best price. Those 2 services are

Fantastic service. Yuri and Phill come out late on a Monday evening to fit me in. They were very friendly, worked quick and did a very thorough job. They took apart my furnace, cleaned everything, inspected it and replaced the filter. I paid a little extra for them to spray all the vents with disinfectant to get rid of the previous owners filth and they cleaned out the central vac system. This was an option I chose before they arrived after Cliff made the suggestion. He also is very polite and doesn’t push any extra survive. At the end the explain everything they did and make sure you’re happy

Red Pepper did a great job cleaning my furnace. They came out for a visit the same day I called to make an appointment, and Cliff was super friendly and informative on the phone. Youri came to clean the furnace and I can't say enough good things about him! He was professional and courteous, and explained things about the operation of our furnace and humidifier that will help us take care of them for years to come. We had just moved into a new home and he could tell that the ducts had never been cleaned before, so he used a bit of extra antibacterial spray because of how dire the situation was.

From the moment I phoned Hot Pepper Furnace and spoke to Cliff to book the appointment I was happy. They book very timely appointments and Cliff was great to talk to!
When Yuri showed up (right on time) to clean my furnace, vents, dryer vent and sanitize my vents he was excellent. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and his estimated time frame. He got straight to work and did a fantastic job. I will definitely have them back in the future.

I'm very happy I got referred to these guys. Excellent service; Yuri was done exactly on time, and he even showed me how to properly maintain my furnace/AC systems and then got me to understand how to get my humidifier working again. Price was very reasonable, too, and they even sprayed the ducts with oregano anti-microbial/bacterial spray so I don't get dust mites (eww). He even made sure my cats would not be disturbed during the process which was even better. Thanks very much, Hot Pepper Team!! Will call you again soon!
