Perfect Plumbing requires an experienced apprentice or journeyman plumber anywhere within the Victoria, BC capital region to start immediately or quite soon. Pay depending on experience. Looking for honesty, old-fashioned work ethic, intelligence, bondable, clean-cut, and someone who takes a lot of pride in their abilities.
We use some of the best products in the business, including lifetime warranty water heaters. Below are some of the places we go for our parts and material. Marathon non-metallic electric water heaters are durable, lightweight, and warranted not to leak as long as you own your home. These seamless, blow-molded, polybutene tanks are impervious to rust and corrosion.
HomeWise Plumbing & Drainage has been servicing the plumbing needs of the Greater Victoria area for nearly 10 years. Our owners have been plumbing even longer. David Topelko, one of our owners, has been plumbing for 35 years. Our apprentices have received top marks during their trades training to become journeyman red-seal plumbers - a recognized standard of excellence across Canada.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I have used their services a number of times on my old house.
They were kind, responsive, very capable and professional.
I can' say enough how grateful I was after my basement flooded and they came and calmy quickly fixed the sump pump despite being overwhelmed with other work
Services: Drain unblocking, Outdoor system repair, Toilet installation, Boiler installation

To the person complaining about their water heater, it is not standard practice to install a whole house pressure regulator when replacing a water heater. But I'm sure they offered you that option and clearly you passed on it. Penny wise, dollar foolish. Don't take out your disappointment in your decisions on these guys.

Paid $800 to have my hot water tank replaced 2 years ago. The tank they installed is leaking. I called them and they tried to charge me $39 to come and confirm that it was leaking. I refused. They ended up coming for free and confirmed that it was leaking (!!). I was told that the tank was under warranty and I would only pay for labour. It costed me another $500 to have it replaced. They argued that I was "lucky" to get the new tank for free, because there was no pressure regulator installed. The reason why there was no pressure regulator installed is because they failed to install one in the first
