Though I hope to never need a perimeter drain replacement again, if I do I will be calling Richard, Jenny and their crew to do the work.
I purchased an older home and learned the original tiles were in need of replacement. Richard and Jenny took me through the entire process and 'held my hand' so I felt comfortable with and understood the work that was going on.
There were some unforseen (and external) issues that ended up extending the job beyond the original timeframe but the year old quote came in on budget.

I don't normally write reviews, but Richard, Jenny and their team are exceptional and worthy of this review. They are professional, knowledgeable and fair. They worked with us to replace our old, collapsing concrete drain pipes. Having just moved into our new home, we did not have perimeter drains in the budget. Richard and Jenny went out of their way to ensure we had the system we needed by guiding us to do some of the work ourselves. They are reliable, and understand what it means to be part of a community. We give them the highest recommendation.

Richard and his partner came to scope clogged perimeter drains at our daughter's late 1970's house and quickly determined that due to extensive root infestation that clearing them would not be possible. He gave me great advice on how to located where the drains left the house so that we could access them and run a new line to resolve the problem. They were professional and honest and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and if I have any other issues I will look to them for help. Thanks so much guys!

Richard and his partner came and scoped our drains and showed us exactly what was happening to cause the flooding that we had in our basement. They told us what we should consider doing right away, what could be done in stages and what was fine and didn't need any replacement - we really appreciated this honesty and that there was no attempt to have us replace drains that were still in good condition. The quote to do the work was very reasonable.

Richard's company was recommended to us by a colleague and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone seeking a provider for perimeter drain work. Of the various contractors we interacted with, Richard was the only provider to give us a firm quote on the day he visited our home and to give us a quote which included the full scope of work requested.
