We have employed John The Plumber on three occasions. For all three calls (faucet installations x 2 and unclog drain), the technicians did a great job. They were on-time, organized, knowledgeable, and completed the jobs quickly with great quality workmanship. The prices are reasonable as we had professional technicians come help us. I have used John The Plumber services few times. The plumber, Billy, is very knowledgeable, on time and patient to educate me on the problem.
Billy always gave me an accurate estimate and after few times working with him I totally trust his judgment.

You should be careful when they tell you the price of a piece that needs to be replaced. Always check the price on internet before anything. The guys told two shower cartridges must be replaced and they are $400 for both. But in reality the cartridge is less than $50 each. So it is like more than $300 overcharges. This is not different from stealing.

Bill was fantastic, he called to let me know when he would be coming and performed the required work quickly and professionally. I also appreciated his advice on what further information I would require to furnish him in order to better quote the bathroom work rather then just making a rough estimate on the spot. This was my first experience with John the Plumber and I will definitely call you if I have plumbing issues in future.
Julian C. arrived right on time and he worked until he fixed a significant blockage in my 64-year old kitchen drain. The work required a great deal of effort and he persevered until the drain was flowing smoothly. Julian C. was very pleasant and polite throughout. It was a very positive experience. I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. From my phone call to the business, where I was greeted by a friendly yet efficient receptionist, until Geoff and Garrett finished unclogging my toilet, all of which took an hour at most, I received friendly, professional service. Geoff and Garrett took care to keep everything clean and even gave me a discount because my problem was very easy to resolve. I won't hesitate to use John the Plumber in the future and I will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Geoff and Garrett were great to work with. They showed up on time and provided excellent service. They informed me of what the issue was and the best way to repair it. They also advised me of some other potential issues that could come up later on if they weren't addressed. The repair was quick and efficient and everything works great now. I would definitely recommend John The Plumber, and specifically Geoff and Garrett for future work.

We've hired John the Plumber in the past and been super happy with those experiences. So we called them again after deciding it was a good idea to install a floor drain backwater valve. Just like in past, we were not disappointed. Garrett arrived on time and was super friendly. He even took time to warmly introduce himself to our nervous Mastiff, which made the entire visit much more enjoyable for everyone! Garrett was very personable and efficient. After he finished the floor drain installation he made sure to show me his work and also explained other plumbing features we recently had installed
