Two weeks ago requested a quote to install a shower glass door system, They initially responded quickly and set an appointment at a time convenient to me. From there things went down hill. The appointment for the tech to see the job to formulate a quote had him arriving an hour early interrupting a work video conference call I was on. He looked at the shower then asked where the door was to which I pointed it out to him. That was followed by a condescending comment if I bought it at Costco, which it wasn't. Then he asked for the install manual, which I didn't have in hand as it is in the sealed

I have been a long time client of Provincial Glass & Mirror LTD for my personal and business. The owner and the team are amazing people. They are very reliable, professional, and excellent job. We recently had an issue with the window not closing properly at our rental home. I thought we may have to replace the window. We called Provincial Glass to come look at the window. The office follow up with us the next day, and let us know that it was just a minor repair, no need to replace the window at all. Not only the good news of no replacement is necessary but there is no charge for the service call

I have known Brett a little for a few years and everyone I know has said he is a very decent guy who really make sure to provide quality services and great customer service! I haven't personally used the services provided however, there was one time when I requested some help with a situation since I was stuck and one of his guys helped me out in a very big way!

Provincial Glass really came through and were able to fix an issue thanks to the intervention of Cathy McMahon and installers Jay and Scott. I can't thank them enough. A+ for customer service. Bought accent tables and I wanted glass to protect the surface. The store recommended Provincial Glass. I called an explained I was from out of town. I brought in one table top. They custom cut 3 table tops and polished the edges. They didn't charge extra for a rush job. Very satisfied customer. I'd highly recommend them. Reasonable too.

I Called and got an Estimate and they were by far a lot more reasonable than other places. They showed up on a Friday afternoon and did an excellent job changing my front door glass a professional and clean job. I will always call them if I ever have to do any mirror or glass job. Their service and the way they do business is well beyond customers expectations which any one would love to have. Thank you provincial glass from Apollo Pizza and wings.

I have never had windows installed prior to this, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I have worked in customer service for years and have to say that the service Provincial Glass & Miror provided was excellent. When I first called to get a quote, they were professional and worked with my schedule to set up a time to come in and have a look. When the guy showed up to have a look, he asked a bunch of questions to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted.
