Vogue Optical began with one store on the corner of Brackley Point Road and Belvedere Avenue in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, in 1979. Originally called Gray's Optical, our initial vision was to offer a unique combination of quality eyewear, professional service and unbeatable value. It took almost 4 months for me to receive my glasses. At the end of October I was told it would take 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive. In the third week I dropped by and was told that one of the lenses arrived scratched and I'd have to wait another 2 weeks for it to come in. It actually took about 4 weeks. When they arrived I was called and advised that my glasses were ready. After trying them on the lady went to adjust the nose pad and broke it. So I was advised it would again take another 2 weeks to get this repaired. When they arrived two weeks later I didn't like the progresses lenses on them
