Over the years we have had numerous upgrades to our windows and doors completed from Glass Canada. Our latest being a storm door and exterior front door. I just wanted to let you know that the installers Mike and Steph were amazing. They were very courteous and helpful with any questions we had. The way that they made the windows meet up with the existing soffits are amazing. The finished product exceeds our expectations and we are extremely happy with the final product. What a disappointment this whole process has been with Glass Canada and London automatic doors.
We ordered a front door and garage doors months ago and we’re told 16 week wait. 16 weeks has came and gone and still no front door. They then promised a loaner door until the new one came in, only 2 days later they back out on that deal as well. Then we were told they didn’t know when the door would be in, NO ETA. We cancelled the front door.
The garage doors have finally come in, they are now installed but, we find out that there is no openers because the correct parts weren’t ordered with

This company took care of us in the end, despite some issues with installation, which was a headache. Initially, the silicon was done poorly (see pics) and needed to be redone, but after several visits they got it right. They also installed bumpers to keep the door from swinging dangerously into adjacent objects.

We had a new sealed glass window with mini-blind installed in our existing rear kitchen patio door. Totally satisfied with the whole experience overall. Glass Canada staff were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and the quality of workmanship was excellent. I would use them again without hesitation.

Professional and quality installation of 8 sealed windows on a high rise condo. The old windows made everyday look drab outside as they were watermarked from having broken seals. It was a pleasure to see the skill, patience and craftsmanship of the installer, Dave, from his precise measurements to the replacement of 30 year old windows. The price was reasonable but more importantly, the work and customer service on site was much appreciated. Thanks Dave and Glass Canada London.
