Custom home building and home renovations require the knowledge and skills of amazing people. It's not easy to write the profiles of team members who'd rather spend their time on-site making clients' dreams into reality than describing themselves to a copywriter. However, since each of them is such an integral part of our success, we've given it our best shot.
We work with you to develop a custom-designed plan and budget for your entire project. To do this we contact industry professionals for accurate quotes and requirements, perform feasibility studies, detail the timelines and schedules, and secure all documentation and permits. Once the project begins, our cloud-based project management system ensures up-to-date budgeting and workflow scheduling to ensure maximum transparency and quality.
It's our way of standing behind our promise to be accountable to you as our client; to reasonably anticipate and document all materials, labour and project management costs related to your project. You will not be charged for any materials, labour or project management costs incurred beyond that date.

Sprucehill does high quality work and pays attention to details. I never worry that they will do a sub-par job. They're well-organized and well-led, which isn't my expectation of this industry. This is what differentiates Sprucehill.
Erik shows real ownership. He conducts occasional health checks just to make sure I am satisfied with the ongoing work. When I've had issues come up, they commit to resolving them quickly, and they deliver on their commitments.

I hired Erik Jensen and his team at Sprucehill Contracting to build a custom home to replace the home I grew up in. They were really sensitive to the nostalgic aspect of this project, which made us feel heard and cared about.
