It was time to replace the main water valve for the house (the city valve dates from 1931), and in conjunction with that, the old pipes that connect up to the various fixtures, also needed to be replaced. Everything happened right on schedule, and is in great working order now! (And at a very reasonable price). (It was actually really good timing, because the whole system was near the end of its natural life.) He also diagnosed and found a place in the schedule to fix a serious problem with a recent installation of a new hot water tank. Rudi is a pleasure to work with, and knows and cares about

Just had Kodiak Heating and Plumbing in to replace a kitchen faucet and seized water shut off valves. I was able to get an appointment quickly (next day) through Kodiak they were very friendly. Amazingly fast and professional service. I called in to say that my Water Heater was leaking, and after answering a few questions about size and age we agreed it was best to replace the tank. Rudi bought a new tank and was at my place within two hours of me calling. A few hours later the old tank was removed and the new one installed! And this all happened between Christmas and New Year!!! Very Happy and will definitely use their services again!

The work was well done, on time and within estimated cost. One fitting was defective and a small leak was noticed a few weeks after the work was completed. Rudy came to our house and replaced the defective part within hours of our call to Andrea (Kodiak's office support person). The work was a kitchen renovation and included the installation of fridge water, dishwasher, sinks and fume vent. Rudy was able to adjust to our schedule as needed and the coordination with other sub-trades was easy.

I have had the great pleasure of receiving wonderful service from Andrea & Rudi of Kodiak Heating for almost 20 years. Rudi's knowledge about fixtures and systems, be it plumbing or gas fitting is superb. He has a high commitment to quality, doing things well and doing them once. Andrea is flexible and considerate when scheduling always willing accommodate the schedules of my tenants when need be. I recommend their skilled service without hesitation!!
