After being let down by another company, I reached out to Magnus Construction Services. Conrad was very helpful and within a day, had a team at our house to spray foam a small, but important area of our basement. They were very pleasant, informative, efficient, and tidy. I would definitely recommend them!!

Much thanks to Conrad and the Magnus team. I had a small but challenging project to complete a smoke tight barrier in between my main house and basement suit, they where able to find a solution and get me ready for my final inspection. Much thanks to Conrad for fitting me in on a tight schedule, especially since I had a small job and he could have easily focused on larger projects. I also appreciate the time and care the crew took when completing the work, which included laying down poly to ensure the finished portions of the house remained clean.

We just bought a house and I knew in advance that our attic insulation would need to be upgraded. Knowing absolutely nothing about attic insulation I started at the Better Business Bureau website. Magnus was the first listing, called and spoke to Conrad. He gave me a ton of information (basically Attic insulation for Dummies 101 !), and suggested tips on what to look for in calling other insulation businesses. We got our basement spray foamed and I could not believe how accommodating Conrad was with scheduling the job for us.
Cory and Lennie came out and did an awesome job of applying and cleaning up the house when they were finished.
They had to come back to finish, they took their time and applied the foam properly.
We had a couple of colder nights right after they finished, it was a good test of the insulation. The house is so much warmer.
I would recommend Magnus construction for your spray foam job.
The price was competitive and I read up on the product they used and I believe it is better

We had Magnus construction repair the base of our grain bins and they did an exceptional job. Very knowledgeable of the spray on products and how they would hold up over time. Conrad was great. I kept moving the date that he could do the job. I had to get work done in the attic before insulation could be blown in. He kept me informed of possible dates to do the work. Finally I was ready. The crew arrived and we discussed what I wanted done. Tom, the fellow doing the work was very likeable. He finished the job, I inspected the final product and I felt that the job was well done. The price was very competitive. Very satisfied with the entire process. I would recommend Magnus Construction to do your attic any day.
