As a General Contractor, we will provide an Owner / Client with a tendered price to complete all work in accordance to the engineered drawings and specifications. Expansion of St. Thomas More's cafeteria and library along with additional student centered space including a new lounge and student services hub.
Allan Construction has completed several Design/Build Projects throughout the years. We are also an authorized builder for VP Buildings and have erected several VP Buildings through the Design/Build Process. New septic tank and fire suppression tanks were installed along with all soft landscaping and asphalt parking lot.
Allan Construction specializes in all aspects of concrete work including forming, casting, and finishing. The majority of our work includes, commercial/industrial and institutional. Earthworks, formwork, concrete casting and finishing for the Service Shaft Head Frame Foundations and Hoist Foundations.
Allan Construction has an extensive fleet of Light Duty and Power Mobile Equipment that continues to grow and improve every year. We are able to complete all earthworks with our own equipment and trained operators. We have Topcon GPS installed on our power mobile equipment which now enables us to excavate and place all subbase and base to the specified depths with accurate precision.
