We had our house built by Royalty in 2021 (well, we hope it will be finished this year anyway). The whole family is an absolute nightmare to work with; a toxic combination of incompetence, superficial empathy, externalization of blame, and gaslighting. Here is just a sampling of the biggest issues we've had (it's hard to keep track of it all; I literally have a list two pages long from when we moved in):
- just generally trying to get a response from them - they just...don't respond. It's almost surreal.

I worked for someone named Reg who has no idea how to read plans or build a house: The house at 539 Fast Way is completely out of square and most of the walls aren't built to code. Reg left nails sticking out of everything, top plates don't connect, etc. He was more interested in getting walls up than building them right.
Reg is a violently unstable person; he threw a sledgehammer at me after I scratched the inside of his work truck and he was constantly flying off the handle and getting pointlessly mad for basically every task he did.
He's also refusing to pay me after a month's work.

Stay as far away as you can from this company. Poor construction, some not up to code and they will completely ignore you if you bring these concerns to them. Absolutely unprofessional. DO NO deal with Royalty Construction is any way.
I just noticed another person's review stating a stucco issue across the whole house so figured I would update mine. That is what I also the issue I have and when I called the builder the 2 responses I received were "well we aren't journeyman at everything" and "I don't know, I think the guy we used for stucco died" .

I have a stucco issue with the entire house cracking one much deeper and longer at 12 feet. Do not expect this company to get ahold of you or return calls unless you are buying a house. My house is 306 Marlatte st evergreen, come all and have a look at the stucco job which they have informed me after 6 weeks of getting someone to look at it that it's all cosmetic cracking. Horrible customer service. Referred me to progressive warranty which is 500 dollars just to have it looked at it, and if there is no water damage yet you are stuck with a complete cracked 20000 dollar acrylic stucco job. I recommend

We purchased our home, a modified bilevel, in 2008. The Royalty Construction Team (especially Jessica and Jill) helped us to create a home that was customized to our needs and tastes. The house turned out beautifully and was ready for us on our move-in date. We adore the house which is why 6 years later we're still there! We recommend Royalty often to anyone who is looking for a home that is well built and a cut above the other run-of-the-mill new homes out there.

My wife and I's experience was a great one, Jessica was very knowledgable about the property and answered all our questions, also she worked with our situation even when there were a few unexpected circumstances plus she communicated everything we needed to do step by step, as I said before a truely great experience and thank you so much for building a great quality home!!!!👍👍👍👍

Our experiences with Royalty Construction have been overall very positive with the purchase of our new townhouse in 2012. Although construction was still underway in other units they made sure that ours was all set for move in day, and any deficiencies were promptly corrected! Jessica and her team worked with us to make sure that our timelines were met, and helped make a potentially stressful move simple. Our Royalty Construction townhouse has been perfect as first time homebuyers, and we have enjoyed the well planned and constructed layout and design!

We purchased a spec home nearly 3 years ago. While the home is aesthetically pleasing I have very little confidence in the quality of product.
When we had our yard professional landscaped, the owner of Royalty Construction himself came to our home to argue and try to convince our landscaper (who had been doing this for over 25 years) how the yard should be graded; all so that he wouldn't have to put in a 3 step off the deck. Had the landscaper done as he was "told" we would flood our neighbours yard every
