I can't say enough good things about the service provided by Front Line Security. I have not been happy with this company from day 1. The glass break kept going off without any glass having broken, the entry door would go off when people entered. I had them back to move and 'fix' the issues and while issues occurred less frequently I never had confidence that it was working. After a year, end of my contract, I tried to cancel and switch companies and trying to get a hold of someone on the phone was a challenge and asking them to release my system they seemed to not understand how to release the serial number. NOTE: I fully own all of the equipment and paid for my year in advance

I would like to say that the process with Front Line started well and that Christian seemed to mean well. But after installation, we feel off the radar of this company whenever we needed customer care.
From trying to order more FOBs, to wanting to add several more camera's to the system, to requiring access to the admin section of our system, to reporting, the company takes forever to get a hold of.
If you need a system with little support or growth, go with this company. But if you require any further assistance after installation, i would advise looking elsewhere.

Frontline security was excellent fulfilling my security needs. Very nice people as well as the installers(ken) was excellent and explained every detail of my security alarm.The salesman (Brian Anderson) was very nice and very helpfull and very knowledgable he knows was hes talking about. There prices are very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Frontline Security to a anyone in the market looking for a security system.

I called customer care line several times to disarm my equipment due to some construction work going on in my house, it took them about a week and some days to do so after i put across several calls and sent a mail and told them I am terminating my contract with them. I called again several times when the construction work was done for them to re-install my equipment same thing happened and when i sent a mail to them I got a response that showed that their customer relationship is poor. It is better to pay more to a Security company that cares.

This is a great company, very professional and reasonably priced. We have our own business and we are very particular on how we run it. We like things to be done neat, correct with no cutting corners. Front Line Security has those qualities and it is a pleasure to deal with a company that cares and will look after you. They have been doing my business security for 10 years plus and they came in a redid wiring etc as the last company cut corners and did things that worked but were not correct. Since then we have very little issue even today. I also had Front Line come in and install complete security

Poor customer service. I had them in to switch over my system and update it in the spring time, and ask them to change my batteries as I had not changed them for over three years. One was already out. He said everything was fine. Six months later another battery is out and they charge me $106 to replace it. I asked him how long the batteries last and they said two years. It already been three years by the time they had to replace my system. They should’ve known to replace the batteries initially and now refuse to change the other batteries without me paying essentially twice for the same service
