Regent security is a professional organization and it's a place for all age and all caders like student or those want 8 and 12 hours shifts It’s great for a retired person as you may get a site where you sit and do easiest things . This company better than most private companies as they have enough work, and no salary issues. The building I live in uses Regent and I've seen firsthand how little they care about their job, blinding disregard for safety, and ineptitude. Recently, our building's front entrance went under construction which forced residents to use the door in the back alley. When myself and another tenant suggested to the guard on duty that he should keep an eye on the back door to make sure residents find their way safely (we're downtown and there are often aggressive drug addicts in the unlit alley) and his reply was "I'm here to make sure nobody uses the front door.
