Our salesperson Yohan was very quick to respond to all our questions and gave us a fair quote. Our installer Wayne was polite, on time and very knowledgeable. He did our install as per spec. We love the App and the ability to monitor our system remotely. John, the service person, is also very nice and quickly to respond. So far, the monitoring station has been quick to respond as soon as the system is tripped. A few things have needed to be tweaked with our system since the installation, but the company has been quick to respond and fix the issues.

Supreme has been in business since 1985! Excellent communications. Fully trained competent Technicians and fair billing. We are a General Contractor family here for over 30 years. We trust Supreme Security completely, and have been using their services for years now and we couldn't be happier. We found Supreme after leaving another Calgary 'security company' (they were a sad joke) that did a bad installation on a gutted/empty home with bad security techs that didn't even know how to use their testers properly, and they billed plenty (Supreme fixed everything on their FIRST visit)! Out Supreme Security trouble visit was great. Arrived early and after spending time on phone last week they were pretty sure what the problem was. Got everything working on the spot. I will always highly recommend Supreme for Calgary and area security needs as quick responses if an issue and if the system goes off.

Our experience is excellent. We have been with the company for almost twenty years and we are happy with this decision. Recently we have changed our entrance door and the alarm contact was unfortunatelly burried behind the new frame. The technician from Supreme Security and Home Systems arrived immediatelly and took care of the problem. Obviously it was not easy to do, because the wires were somewhere deep behind the brand new frame. The technnician found them and without any damage he installed a new contact. The result and the entire communication and customer service were superb.

I called Supreme about having a security system installed in a new store we were opening. I spoke with Dave who seemed eager and went out quickly to see what was already in the store we took over. He said it could be installed in 2 days. This seemed great. He went out the following morning to look. I called at 1 pm and asked him to send me information on the two systems he was looking at installing. He said he was in a meeting until after 2:30 and would send it then. I gave him my email address and spelled it out. The following morning I called him to tell him I didn't receive it. He said
