I had a situation today with my smoke detector sounding for no particular reason. I contacted NES Alarms with the particulars of this incident and within an hour of my call, I had a serviceman at my door to replace the device. Friendly, professional and efficient!!! 10 out of 10 Amazing service and tech staff. The Alarm and Camera installation was done very neat and professional. After the installation, they took the time to explain the features and how to use the alarm/camera system. I personally like the Stay button feature the best. Can walk around the whole house while all the windows and doors are on alert. Thank you for your service you have provided, I can sleep at night knowing everything is safe especially during these crazy times we live in!

I've received consistent excellent service over the years from NES Alarms. Recently I had the alarm battery replaced (due to normal wear), and some new contacts installed, (due to home renovations). They responded quickly and completed the work professionally without any issues. I was so impressed that I'm now considering them for a new surveillance camera system. I highly recommend NES Alarms for your security needs.

N E S Alarms installed security cameras outside my business. They were very professional, we set up an appointment to see the building and talk about where the best locations for the camera’s would be. They sent me a quote within 24hrs that was very reasonable. We set up an installation appointment, the installers worked fairly quickly and cleaned up whatever mess they may have made. Upon completion of the installation we sat down they walked me threw the app for my phone, how to log in use all the functions and even walked me threw using the main monitor. I would highly recommend N E S Alarms
