Very pleased with the work, service and communication! There was a bit of a hiccup receiving a receipt after I paid, but I chalk this up to the fact they were so busy with the scheduling challenges they faced due to the weather this summer. I would recommend them to anyone & will happily contact them again if we have any roofing needs. We need to reshingle our house next summer & they will be our call!

3 years ago my roof pretty much came off in a storm but the shingles were new form another roofers poor quality of work. Cooper repaired quickly and cleaned up every day. I recently had a small drip I could hear inside my attic I called them to come take a look. They found an issue and repaired it as soon as weather permit and at no cost to me! They are truly a good company

Cooper flat roofing division quoted to perform a number of torch-on flat roof repairs. After they completed the work in less than a half day I went up to investigate; less than 1/2 of the quoted work was done. The estimator made promises to come out and look but never did. In the end they invoiced me for the full amount of the quote. This week RT Roofing removed the cap flashing and discovered that the repairs Cooper did weren't even bonded to the base layer membrane of the parapet wall.

Cooper roofing resided my house and and also did the roof. They did an amazing job.price was fair they started the job when they said they were going to and finished on time. Chad helps me out big time. I own another roofing company, and when I expected to be turned away when asking for their services on a job I couldn't do, Chad opened up his entire shop to me and told me I can take what I need, just make a list of what I take, and they'll bill me later.

I was only going to give a 1 star rating, but I finally received a call back after 2 months, when I said I chose to go with Goodmen Roofing. After the big windstorm I understood the wait time would be long, but I waited approximately 1 month and half for my roof to be repaired and then I called back to see when it would be repaired. They said soon (no real time frame) and that they would give my name and number and have someone call me back, nobody ever did. I thought everyone was this busy so I gave them another 2 weeks, finally I really needed it fixed because my home was in the middle of being

My experience with Cooper Roofing was excellent. Very well Managed with a great respect for people. Their work was top notch and I was so impressed with the level of tolorablity towards payment. I owed a rough total of just over $30,000 and they were so understandable towards payment I was overwhelmed. They understand that everyone is not made of money and allowed me to make three payments.
