I contacted Epic Roofing & Exterior amongst other contractors to repair the house fascia damaged by strong winds. Communication was effective and they had a quick turnaround also. After explaining to them what the issue was and forwarding a couple of pictures they were able to do an assessment and provided me a quote. The price was reasonable and timeline to execute the job was ok for me
I was kept informed all the time about the schedule and the progress on the job. They are very professional and customer-oriented. I am very please with their services. I wish they will be more companies like

Epic replaced hail damaged vinyl siding as well as fascia and gutters. Work was well done, work area was completely cleaned up when job done. Communication with Epic was very good from beginning to end of project. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair.

Epic recently did a roof inspection and follow-up repairs to address a poor framing job left by my home builder. The quality of work was excellent, and the employees on-site for both inspections and repairs took the time to answer my questions and explain everything they were seeing.
The process took longer than expected but communication from the company was incredible. All calls, and emails were responded to immediately and I was provided with consistent updates on when work could be scheduled.
I highly recommend using Epic for your roofing needs.

We had Epic repair our garage roof, and Matt and his team were very professional from start to end. The job ended up taking more time than anticipated and they honoured the quote. The job was well done, the crew cleaned up completely and Matt was very responsive and answered all our questions. Would definitely have Epic Roofing & Exteriors back again!

We were very happy and impressed with the roofing crew from Epic. Our roof was small but steeply graded, with multiple layers of old shingles. The crew handled this and other unexpected challenges very professionally and were careful to consult about every decision along the way. Cleanup was also meticulous. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

We hired Epic Roofing to replace our roof & skylights a few years ago. Their team leader
Melvin was professional & always quick to respond through email or phone call.
Early this year, we had some issue with ventilation condensation which caused water dripping in our door. I called Epic & was happy to be able to contact Melvin. He sent in a technician to check right away. This gesture definitely calm our worries. Bathroom ventilation was fixed but still hear noises from the roof. Melvin again sent in one of technician to have it fix. The following email is what I sent to him afterwards:
