Amazing local company that was able to come out quickly to fix some siding on my house that had come loose. Justin was able to come out next day, and even though his ladder wasn't tall enough to reach the second story, he called his brother Tyler who came out right away to give him a hand. Emily at the office was also a delight to deal with. Very professional team and high quality of work provided! Highly recommended this company and will be using them for all my exterior needs in the future!

Smith Roofing has re-roofed 2 homes for us and we were very happy with their work. We really appreciated their level of knowledge, the quality of the product as well as the work, and how efficient they were, start to finish in record time. We were also pleasantly surprised with their cleanup detail after the job was completed. We highly recommend Smith Roofing Siding & Home Renovations; if we ever move again and need our roof done we'll ask them to get the job done, cause we know it'll be done right.

They finished the job on 1200 sq ft home in a single day. Best part about this company is they did the quote for me in fall of 2018 and did the shingles 7 months later but still honoured their original quote...which was far less than several other quotes I got. Excellent customer service and very happy with results!

We had a leaky roof problem left to us by the roofer who did the work for the previous owner. I contacted Justin and he came out the next day to have a look. He suggested a couple of fixes (not just obvious ones) and then to our surprise stayed to do those fixes. Expert attention to the little jobs like this definitely convinces me that Smith Roofing will be a great choice for a bigger job when it comes.
