I wrote a review on BBB in which I gave this company a five star rating. Now close to a month later I am writing on their home page to repeat it. This company did a fantastic job. The difference from before and after is amazing. The outside noise is diminished considerably and the warmth retained in the home will save me a fortune in heating this winter. I have been parading neighbour's through my home just to show off the quality workmanship. My sister is jealous as she went through another company to have windows done and is still not happy especially after seeing what your company has done.

If you are looking for a window or door company that will work with you and make sure you are happy. Look no further! I can’t thank John the Sales guy enough with his straight forward, honest approach. He listens to what the customer wants, answers your questions, gives advise but will not push you and works with the customer. The installation from Trevor and Mike was also a great experience. I ordered and had them install a patio door last year. With how well everything went from start (Sales) to finish (install) I ended up ordering and having them change all of my windows and doors in my whole

When I got my new windows installed four years ago, everything was great except for one window on which the grid was off by an inch. I called the company and Charles, the owner, came out that same day to remeasure and re-order. The North Star windows I got were excellent and so was the service.
Today, I broke the handle on one of my windows. Charles came out personally to replace the handle. He is a friendly, honest man who really takes care of his customers. When it's time to replace the last two windows in this house, Charles will be the first person I call.

Just had all of my windows, and exterior doors replaced. Can't say enough good things about the installers, Trevor and Mike. Courteous, competent, creative when needed; a pleasure to have them do the work. And I'm very happy with the product, NorthStar triple pane windows; the house no longer has cold spots because the old windows were so inefficient. Every detail was remembered and ordered by John in Sales, so the whole operation went flawlessly in cold weather and a pandemic!

Outstanding service from start to finish! My new windows and doors look and work great. Richard and Mo are masters of their craft. They were fast professional and left my home clean. John our sales person explained everything thoroughly and made sure the products were exactly what we needed. Charles and the whole team remind me of what customer service used to be when companies cared about their customers. We had all 8 windows and 1 door in our home replaced by Canadian Comfort and Richard and Moe, who came to install, were fantastic. They were quick, tidy, and very personable. We had 5 windows installed in 2019 and 3 windows installed in 2020. One of the windows from the 2019 installation was not closing properly and within 15 minutes of my call, Charles had Richard on his way to come and repair it. I can't say enough good things about this company. Charles prides himself on his customer

Two words for this company: Outstanding and amazing. Replaced all windows top to bottom and patio doors. Entire experience service from start to finish was an absolute pleasure! John Kraimaty, our sales person, provided a quote the very same evening I contacted him, and then arranged for our visit to their show room on Saturday and in the super safe environment explained everything thoroughly. Projected installation date was appropriately 2 months after we signed contract and they actually managed to start it 10 days earlier. We had our front and back doors replaced - they look great and the price was right! Many thanks to Mike and Trevor for the excellent work. Very courteous and professional. Our front door handle shipped with the wrong indoor handle. Charles brought a new handle the very next day. Great service and highly recommended to any one who needs windows and doors done. I will be using Canadian Comfort again!

We recently had this Company in for replacement of 5 windows. Wow, a great job was done by the Installers. In fact, the whole process we had with the Company was top knotch and felt appreciated as a Customer. Installers were friendly and cleaned up everything during their time which in fact, was just over 4 hours to install. We love the new windows so much we have had to call Charles (Owner) back in to measure for a new Patio Door now. Looking forward to having this one installed shortly too. 5 Star rating on our end for sure.
