Just to be clear; the warranty that comes with the windows is from the manufacturer, Vinyl Windows Design, and not Cana, the installer, even though you paid Cana for the work. I had a window that started to show streaks on the inside but never heard anything for 6 months until someone showed up from Toronto to take a look. Of course, there was no-one in to show him. After reviewing the manufacturer, the comments would indicate that bad after-sales service seems to be a common occurrence. All in all, a painful experience with very little communication.

"CANA" installed my patio door four years ago and I had them back for installation of two more windows. I highly recommend and thank Susan for her sincere patience and listening to what a client would like in the end result. A huge commendation to Bruno and Kevin for their professional and polite manner. They respect what they do and they respect the company they work for. We were very pleased with both the sales side of things and the installation. Wayne (from sales) was always available -- over a lengthy period of replacing windows from tornado damage -- easy to work with, and went to bat for us. A calm, supportive influence, when we needed it. John and his installation team were awesome: quickly replacing 3 windows and a patio door in the cold of December, but doing a masterful job at the same time. Replacing windows is not a small job and can be stressful as well as expensive. A few years ago we had CANA replace a basement window and were so pleased that we called Wayne Thurber again to replace all the other windows in the house. He was very thorough and explained all the options. Six weeks after placing the order, our custom windows were ready for installation. The crew spend a day and a half doing the work. We had had our windows changed over 15 years ago by Cana Windows. They had done such a great job that we called them to replace 4 windows that had not been replaced since the house was built. They did a great job! It was done quickly and with no mess! We would certainly use them again and recommend them to our friends!

We would recommend Wayne Thurber of CANA Windows to anyone! He was very professional and timely.
He was very articulate and understanding of our needs.
Cana Windows price was almost a dollar for dollar match against our other 2 quotes.
We did not pick them for the job BUT we cannot blame them as it was just our need to have the windows installed for a pending sale of the property.
