I had Dalmen Pro replace a front door for me. There was a bit of a mixup on the paint colour (twice), but they sorted it out fairly quickly. The installers and people I talked to were all friendly, and I have no complaints with the result. The installers had a really hard time getting the old door out but worked extra hard to keep it intact so I could re-use it. I made a callback to adjust the door after it started binding, which was done fairly quickly.

Had about 9 windows installed. Initial take on the quality of the product is fine. Installers and others from company generally polite. But the installation left something to be desired. Had to have the crew return to reinstall a window where I could feel cold air coming in around the window, and where I could see smoke from burned incense visibly blown around the frame by the breeze. They came back and fixed it. At the time I had not noticed that had knocked some exterior small pieces of exterior siding off my house beside a window they worked on. I've asked a number of times for them to come

I run a large private school. It is complex with various buildings and additions. Four years ago I needed all windows (107) and all doors (6) replaced and updated. It was a big complex job. I got 9 different quotes. I was most impressed with Dalmen. Students and staff are hard on the doors and windows. Four years on they are like new. A student tried forcing a window open with it locked and broke the crank. I called Dalmen and they responded immediately. The next day Tim came and fixed it. He was fast, efficient, polite, tidy. Windows and doors were nice, but we ordered them about 15 months ago, had them installed about 11 months ago... And still have not received the correct colours for the front entry. Still have not received them. Our last email went unanswered.
Not sure what happened to the service here. Real bad.

I got 10 of 12 windows changed under Green On. Britt quoted us 6-8 weeks for windows to arrive, but they came 16 weeks later with zero communication about delay. Britt also said they make their own windows but then said "order" was delayed (confusing). We originally went with them because of timeframe, but got delayed anyway. Installation was fine, they trampled on some stuff that broke (guess it's normal). No communication on how to pay, they sent no invoice, and left no paperwork/warranty until I had to request them. Also, 2 additional windows were supposed to be installed and no communication

Dalmon Pro gave us a great price on some high quality windows and doors.
We had 16 Windows and 3 doors installed this week.
Britt has been amazing as he walked us through the price quote the order and the… set up for install.
The installers did a great job with the install and we are very happy with the finished product. There are a few issues with some hardware but they have assured me they will have that corrected very quickly.
I can not say anything bad about this company. Highly recommend Dalmen Pro.

My house was built in 2006 and has all Dalmen Windows and Patio Door. To say the least, they are made of very high quality material and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows or for a new construction. I recently built a separate garage and shed and called Dalmen Pro to install my windows as I wanted the same quality and peace of mind. The service was courteous and phenomenal!
