Martin and his crew did an incredible job ! We have an old house in Victoria that was gutted down to it's studs. The work was done to a very high standard by both the crew and the trades that were brought into this project. This was a new experience for me and it was so nice to feel that we were in such competent hands. They were very receptive to any ideas or questions we had and very easy to talk to.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is looking to renovate their house. You will love the work they do.

Martin and his people did an excellent job of our partial kitchen renovation. They did fine work, solved problems on the spot or with Martin's input and generally cleaned up well in progress and afterward. His electricians, Jessica and Mike from VIP Electric, also prevented a potential fire by alerting us to a dangerous situation--much appreciated. We have always hired individual trades in our area and will continue to do so, but for more complex jobs, we plan to work with Green Island again.

I have overseen renovations on my homes for close to 20 years. Working with Martin and the Green Island Builders team could not have been more positive. While I've never built a home from scratch, I know firsthand that renovations and remodels are tough and trying at the best of times. My projects have been featured in Canadian House & Home, FLARE & Chatelaine magazines as well as the Globe & Mail Style section - I am a career stylist and I have no problem admitting that I am super fussy about the entire scope of a project... from budget details and timelines to the nitty gritty of site safety
