The undersigned hereby applies for membership in the Victoria Residential Builders Association. We are an independent association of builders, renovators, designers, trades and suppliers. Please note: All Builder and Developer/Builder applicants must have a warranty and an HPO License number. Applicants may be asked for an interview and/or site inspection.
VRBA is recognized as an education provider by the BC Housing's Licensing and Consumer Services Branch. We deliver programs approved for Continuing Professional Development points for BC's licensed builders. Builder companies may not achieve their credits by sending different employees to courses to accumulate the total credits required for the year.
