We started our renovation in the house last year. With a construction and repair company that our friends recommended to us. Unfortunately for us, after half a year, not professional work and not done well, we had to break the contract and stop work in half. After a long search, exploring websites and information provided on websites, we stopped at the Dotch construction and renovation company. It took me quite a while to find a reliable and quality oriented contractor. Dotch Construction built two state of the art optical stores for me and left me very happy with the workmanship. The work was priced fairly and delivered on time. Any changes were implemented promptly. i can highly recommend Dotch for any type of constructions needs!!!!

We hired Yury for 2 renovations in the last year - complete gut and expansion of our master bathroom with new custom shower, and a basement Reno. On both jobs we were extremely impressed with the quality of work. Yury makes sure no detail is missed and that all of the work is done to the highest standard. Very happy with DotcH Construction. Quality of work, support, and timing was exactly what they promised. Pricing could have been better though, as this was the third time we hired them so some returning customer discount should have been applied. Overall though, good job and my kitchen and bathrooms look like one million dollars. Their main guy Yuri is meticulous with details to the point of obsession, which is a rare quality in Toronto construction industry. Highly recommended.
