At Brandy Lane Homes, our team is constantly on the lookout for opportunities to make our homes and communities unique. Along every step of the way, we keep our clients' best interests in mind to ensure that we are truly responsive to their needs and expectations. Our focus on product innovation and client service has earned our company an enviable reputation as one of Canada's preeminent integrated development and construction companies.
Housing is an integral component of our overall economic well-being and an equally integral part of our personal lives. At Brandy Lane, thinking creatively really does work. In fact, our business depends on it. For over a quarter of a century we've pushed the envelope to design new residential product.
We constantly strive to find innovative ways to deliver top quality and build homes and amenities that ring true to our clients' needs. For instance, our communities in Collingwood appeal to active enthusiasts who want to enjoy year-round activities. It's for that very reason that we incorporated features such as an outdoor heated pool, community trails, and a skating rink that doubles as a spacious landscaped area during the warmer months.

Services
Brandy Lane Homes is a fully integrated new home development and construction company, involved in all stages of planning and building our communities. Since 1986, we've been the catalyst behind groundbreaking communities across the Greater Toronto Area - from Whitby, Ajax and Pickering, to Richmond Hill, Toronto, Mississauga and Oakville, and beyond to Collingwood and Waterloo.
Urban renewal is a popular industry term, but for us it's a way of life. We pride ourselves on creating vibrant new communities in established neighbourhoods, often in areas that others have passed over. In the case of entirely new development, Brandy Lane takes great care in creating communities with a strong sense of place - and a true feeling of "coming home".

I had purchased a unit from them in feb 2019, they took almost 3 years to get permits and come back and say they are no longer building due to no approvals from the city. Seems like a fishy scam to me because the prices have gone up significantly and they would just relist the units in 6 months for current market value but the original owners get the short end of the stick. I would stay away from this builder as far as possible as you will be wasting your time and money and they will just hit you with the city didn't approve and we tried everything bs.

They charge a lot more tax than they quoted/advertised. Would not let you pay more down payment, against the Condo Act -
They won't accept more money as down payment before occupancy so they can charge you more interest during interim occupancy. They told us we would be paying a portion of the maintenance during occupancy but instead they charge double and could not explain the charges. They did not notify us to pick up keys day of occupancy and left us on the street as we have no where else to live. The condo corp does not notify you of closing so they can charge you extra $500/per day. Poorly
