We hired Daniel and the Leed Construction team for the "core and shell" for our custom home and we couldn't be happier! They went above and beyond, providing little extras along the way, and ensured we stayed on schedule and on budget. When we chose to make modifications that impacted budget, Daniel was fair in his pricing and worked with us to help us realize our dream.

My wife and I hired Leed construction in hopes to have our family home renovation project of the main and second floor, on our older house remodelled. At the beginning everything went well and he went over our project. We decided to proceed base on 5 renovations quotes, which Leed construction was the highest, but we figured the highest quote would result in proper project. Daniel the owner of Leed, assured us that he would be on top of our project as we had a deadline to move in my June 1. My wife and I decided to completely renovate our house and add an addition in the back of our house. Problem was we had no idea who to use. After some research we reached out to Leed Construction Ltd. Was this ever a good choice 😊 We met with Daniel and decided this was a good fit. They have over time developed a set of phases to give you your dream plan. After several meetings and visits to vendors who they have people to help you we are just starting demo.
