I wanted local service, quality work and strong customer care. Firstly Tony oversees all quotes and work personally. To have the owner & operator walking through my home with ideas and practical advice helped us properly scope out the work needed. We tried one room (carpet and baseboards) and then added several new jobs spread out over the summer. Purchasing my new marmoleum flooring from Tony at DCC was such an easy and pleasant experience. Our floor arrived right at the start of the pandemic when there was much uncertainty about contact etc., but Tony ensured my pick up was both safe and comfortable. What really separated Tony and DCC from other stores I have purchased flooring from in the past, was that he was always available by phone if I had a question or needed guidance, especially since I completed the install myself. We highly recommend Danforth Carpet Connection. Tony really stands by his work. We had a small (unforeseen) problem with our installation but Tony cheerfully made it right. His installers were efficient and polite and they were a pleasure to deal with. The store has great product selection and Tony is very knowledgeable.

I absolutely love my new Marmoleum kitchen floor! Tony, the owner, came promptly to measure and give an estimate and Bill the installer did a fantastic job. Both were very knowledgeable and pleasant, giving me great tips on how to proceed with my kitchen rehab. The work was done quickly and on time and the final cost did not exceed the estimate. All in all, a great experience and I highly recommend this company. Take a visit to Tony’s shop on Danforth to see the huge range of styles and colours. Great experience all around. Tony was courteous, engaging and very knowledgeable. He worked with us to assess our needs, and did a great job in helping us with our choices (hardwood floors - 3 bedrooms plus hallways). He took the time to build a solid relationship. We felt we were in good hands. The job started and ended on schedule and it was superb. Every detail taken care of. Tony at Danforth Carpet took great care of us! We walked into the store just browsing for carpet for our basement reno. He was super patient with us as we reviewed dozens of options. Once we settled on one he offered to come to the house that same evening to measure the room and give us a quote. He brought several options with him just to be safe so we could see them in place. He was very friendly and there was no sales pressure. The carpet we chose was a special order, but it came in exactly when he said it would and it was installed the very next day. Had a wonderful experience selecting bathroom tiles. Tony was patient and knowledgeable about the products he carries. I love that he is just up the street, and we could walk over! Tony brought the samples we were contemplating so we could see them in our light. We went from viewing samples to ordering in less than 24 hours! Prices seem reasonable, and he stands behind his products.
