I do not typically give a 5 star unless it is well deserved. I must say from the initial phone call until job was complete I was 100 % satisfied. Theresa Dove, Barbara, Carl and Tate were amazing. Kyle and Marshall arrived within the promised window and squared away my leaky Delta shower fixture. They had a bit of difficulty removing the old valve but stuck with it while ensuring to not damage the piping connections. Totally pleased with the service provided.

Had a tech come to my hose and didnt thread a pipe correctly. The next morning my basement flooded. Not only did the tech own the mistake they actually came to my house three and made things right. Brought in 8 fans/a huge dehumidifier after cleaning up the water. Even professionally cleaned 3 of my rugs.

Our plumber and electrician that we have used for the past 20+ years retired and we were not sure who to call for our recent needs. I called for emergency service for a really messy backup into a house only a few weeks before Christmas and their staff showed up quickly and got the job done. The old house had cast iron sewer pipes that made the job more difficult than usual, but their staff figures out a way to get the job done. Thank you for your professionalism and skill! We chose Atlantic Green to do the plumbing rough-in and finish work for a very ambitious bathroom remodel (new piping and drain rough-in for a walk-in shower, freestanding tub, toilet, and two-sink vanity, as well as installation of all of the fixtures once the rest of the construction was done).

Great company with VERY FARE prices. Would have paid double for less services when compared to other local places. Called and got quick same day service. Michael was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to help fix the issue in our line. Great attitude, very personable and very knowledgeable. Had no issues with my many questions and was happy to listen and answer. Our sump pump stopped working and flooded our basement on a Friday evening. After calling 10 different companies Atlantic Green was the only company that would come out same day. They quoted us a price over the phone and Carl was at my house in under an hour. He came out and got the job done fast and efficient. He was professional and answered all of my questions. Their emergency rate was lower than some of the other companies I had called.

Atlantic Green came out and got a pipe unclogged for us that was clogged 70 feet across our shop building at Liberty Equipment. It was an extremely bad clog of dirt, grease, and grime. They handled it with expertise! They kept us informed every step of the way and took good care of us and even took the time to give us some solutions and ideas to keep it from clogging again. I am amazed with the service I received from Atlantic Green. From the first call to Barbara to Tate and Carl I knew I had the best company in the area. Everyone was polite, work was done on schedule with no delays. Tate and Carl where knowledgeable and worked together as a team to install a built in microwave, dishwasher and do all the plumbing for my new kitchen. I love the work Rick and the crew did. They were able to preserve my flower beds even though a trench needed to be dug to replace my sewer line. I had two other companies come out and explicitly state the flower beds would be casualties. The crew dug around and under and even saved shrubs. This may seem small but speaks to how Rick, the crew and ultimately the organization value the customer.
