We’ve searched many roofing companies and tried several. Northwood has definitely owned up to their reviews. Jesse and his team are punctual and professional. Their reasonable price and honest opinions are rare these days. Their ladies in the office are very friendly as well. Northwood Roofing was amazing and I highly recommend them! We had another roofing company install a new roof in August 2021 and when we had our first rain storm in September the roof leaked causing a lot of water damage to our ceilings. They could not fix where it was leaking after a couple of attempts so they asked us to call another roofing company and they would pay for the repair. I called Northwood Roofing based on all the great reviews. Northwood Roofing quickly came to our home saw what the problem was and fixed it properly in no time! We are so impressed with this company! On the day we experienced the worst rain all year I had a leak in my roof. I called that morning and they came out later that morning to repair it. I was very grateful that they were so responsive and came out that same day to make the repairs despite the horrible weather. They were all very nice. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Forget calling THAT OTHER gutter cleaning company, call a roofing company like Northwood Roofing. A roofing company always takes better care of your roof.
In 2020, I was approached by a couple of gutter cleaners and their quotes made me question the value I was receiving. So I decided to do some research and I called a dozen other gutter cleaning companies. They all seemed to quote a lot for cleaning; the value just was not there, and the other guys' advice wasn't good either. That was then I decided to call and search for a roofing company to clean my gutters (they are the pros after all).

Would definitely use Northwood Roofing again and will recommend them to others from now on. Matt and the whole team were awesome. The price they quoted was leaps and bounds more affordable than any other place I could find and I spent a lot of days canvassing other companies for my deck roof and gutters. Not only that but the timeframe was crazy fast! When these guys are determined to get something done they get it done in a hurry. I was able to communicate easily with their team about some extra work after the main job was done and they made the whole experience feel like satisfaction was guaranteed

We came home from a quick getaway to find our shingle laying on the ground. We called numerous companies. They either weren’t interested or just didn’t do repairs. I called Northwood and they responded to do the repair in a couple days.
Very happy and the repair using the old shingle was great. Doesn’t look like it even came off.

We checked reviews on Northwood Roofing and they sounded professional and trustworthy. Our office in South Surrey was heavily damaged in stormy weather and we needed someone out fast as rainwater was literally coming through our roof. One of their staff promptly came out and accessed the situation and he went back to their office and the company called me with a more than a reasonable quote, I actually was prepared to pay more than quote, so all good. We were booked in and they came out and had the job done in no time, No more leaks, friendly staff, professional work! I highly recommend this company

I will definitely give Northwood roofing a 5 star rating and highly recommend them! I was impressed with the quick response I received for my leaking gutter. Crystal was very professional and was able to fit me in the very next day. I thank Mike for the good quality of work that he did on my gutter. He was easy to work with and very polite. Excellent service from start to finish! Very professional. We called and they just happened to have an opening for us the next week. Eric, the sales associate, came out with brochures with all of the different products and roof colours to match our home colour and fit in with the other homes on the street. We chose based on cost and material. They came in with a crew of six, yes six, and had 3/4 of the current roof removed within the 1st day.
