My furnace went bust right in the middle of a very cold week and I called Siamak from Aire Max. He explained the process to me and came in at the exact time he had mentioned the next day. We talked about the temporary fixes and how long they would last vs. a furnace which was quite old now.
No pressure tactics and very professional which I appreciated. I gave him the go ahead to replace the furnace and again he took the time to explain the process and gave me an exact price with the tax.
On the day of, they came in on time, covered the floors, removed the old furnace and spent the whole day installing

This is the fifth time I use Aire Max for issues with Furnaces in my rental properties. Max is very responsive and I completely trust his technical ability. The amount he charges for the job he does seems fair. He also replaced my AC on my house 4 years ago and still working great and with no problems. Any HVAC issue, Max is my go to guy!!!

Our furnace unexpectedly died, we called Aire Max who had helped us on a few other occasions (fixed our A/C, installed a new humidifier, Ecobee). Max is a true professional, expert at his trade, very responsive, courteous, and competitive price. We have never felt like we had to get competitive quotes and have complete trust in Max. After 21 years I required a new furnace and air conditioning. Made contact with Max and within a couple days he came to give a quote. He was very polite,knowledgeable and proffessional . I had no need for any other quotes. His price was fair and competitive. He took his time to explain, evaluate and come up with a very good package. The installation went without a hitch and on time. Aire Max installed a Carrier central air-con unit in our home. Max recommended a 2-ton unit and provided both an estimated shipping date for the unit, and an installation-date for the job. He conducted a site-inspection and provided a written quote taking into account the state of our existing HVAC connections, our panel wiring, and the intended location of the unit. He arrived on time, completed the installation in about 3 1/2 hours, checked for leaks, and inspected the furnace motor which required a re-calibration. Throughout the job, Max answered all my questions, and also provided useful maintenance

My old and noisy AC unit finally broke down during the worst heat wave of this summer. I called a few companies but I had no success, I felt hopeless. My next door neighbor kindly recommended Aire Max Heating & Cooling since they used this company last summer and were incredibly happy with their service. Max, the owner, offered a very reasonable price with next day service. The new Payne AC unit was installed in 4 hours!!! The new unit is awesome. It works quietly and cools down my house very quickly. My old unit was taken apart and carefully removed from the yard with zero damage to my flowers

I called Aire Max due to old AC break down. Max was punctual both times, once for assessment and other for installation. He clearly explained the problem and options. Quotes are fairly priced. The installation process was smooth and finished ahead of schedule. Max inspected a couple times to ensure new unit is operating and cleans up afterward. I would highly recommend.

Max installed a new Carrier 2 ton AC unit after my old one (of nearly 18 years) broke down. Max was honest in diagnosing the issue with my old unit and offered to repair it (and broke down the annual repair costs / upkeep). He was not pushy and I appreciated his honestly throughout. I chose to go with a new unit and Max came two days later with another technician and they installed it within 4 hours. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well. Max answered all my questions and gave me some great advice. Highly recommend using Airemax!

Max was very responsive when I reached out to him and provided me with clear options and pricing for a new furnace installation, which he then came and completed promptly and did an excellent job. The address on this site is incorrect -but the phone number is correct. He prefers text messages. The furnace would not run past the start up overnight. I called Max Aire in the morning and Max arrived at the promised time in two hours. The furnace was showing a major error based on the code of the flashing lights - that turned out to be an error itself - there was no real error. It became clear that all the furnace needed was rebooting - switch off the power and then power it up. I recommend trying that before calling for a repair - next time I will do that. This cleared the error lights. He
