We are on point from the beginning, the tendering process (when the general contractor receives the drawings). Our close relationships with local general contractors and architects allow us to appreciate a scope of work. We can make recommendations to the original plan if need be, in order to meet building code or to cut costs.

Roof Maintenance & Repair Report

Maintenance is a critical investment to make. It plays a key role in the life expectancy of your roof, as well as annual repair costs. Warranties insure the cost of damages for a period of time. However, they do not come with a maintenance program. A program like this works to extend a roof's life cycle.

Roof Replacement Report

Once your roof has fulfilled its life cycle it is time for it to be replaced. As an owner or property manager you must recognize when your roof is beyond repair. When repairs are becoming more costly and required more frequently this is likely the case. At this point it is more beneficial for you to have your roof replaced, rather than continue repairing it.

Systems We Install Report

The BUR system is tried and true. It has been around longer than any of the other systems have. Providing it with a solid track record. The BURs high quality is largely due to its resiliency to erosion. Its ballast topping is effective in fighting off weather elements, such as providing reflection against hot sun rays.

24/7 Emergency Repairs Report

The roof is a building's first defence, if it is damaged the rest of the building is put at risk. If damages are not repaired immediately building owners may incur further damages to the building's interior or structure. That is why we employ a 24/7 emergency repair service (see link for more details).

I called Anax up this morning advising them that I had some wind damage done to my roof. Within hours, Jake had a team at the house and made the repairs. These guys are stars. I interacted with Jake who was clear in his communication and always prompt. The guys got the roof done on tight timing before the winter hit, and were polite and helpful. Pricing was fair and this was all around a great experience :)
