Contracting company is doing a job inside my condo tower. Employees not wearing masks and walking around inside the public building spaces (lobby, elevator, ect.). There is plenty of signage within the building stating the expectations requiring masks within public spaces. When I stepped out the elevator because I didn't want to ride with someone not wearing a mask, employee made rude verbal remarks towards myself.
- While I agree this should get directed to the sub contracting company involved it is your business name at the door and as the Prime Contractor you are responsible for the contractors

Brett Taylor is an unprofessional and mean person. He decided to completely ignore us for some work we did for him for 2 months and he blocked the office phone number. He finally paid after we called him from a different phone number, but only after he was a complete a-hole and very very rude to the office clerk. Do not work or use his services. I give him and his company ZERO STARS.

We had the opportunity to work with Brett and his team from Red Tree on our office build out which was completed January 2021. Contrary to most construction companies, Brett and Red Tree were professional, fully transparent, and provided a quality of workmanship above and beyond what was expected.
Working in the Real Estate Industry for over 50 years collectively, we've worked with hundreds of builders developers and Brett's one of the good ones! Would recommend to clients, friends and family for construction projects big or small!
