It was a complicated and difficult renovation but Dave from Premium Renovations and his crew did a fantastic job. I was impressed with the level of organization and attention to details and Dave was careful to keep us informed of the progress and managed to stay on budget for the quoted work. I would strongly recommend Premium Renovations as your first choice for home improvements.

We reviewed three building companies for a major renovation to a 1970's home and Premium Renovations was our number one pick. From the start Dave Blunt's manner and integrity set him above the rest and throughout the renovation his conduct did not waiver. Dave, and the trades associated with him, were great to work with, proud of their work and highly skilled. We have used Premium Renovations on 2 different projects - 20 years apart and both times we have been very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the work. We did interview other companies for the second reno but came back to Premium . We had a complete basement gut and reno including a new bathroom and the results exceeded our expectations.The other companies did not listen to what we wanted but rather forced their vision on us.
