Unique Projects did our entire 2100 soft condo renovation: reconfigured the kitchen by fitting in Ikea cabinets and custom doors, gorgeous millwork, 6 hidden hallway doors for storage. Managed their trades well and stood behind their products and work. Quality of work is excellent. With over three decades of combined experience, Adrian Wilson, Adam Ford, and Joel Ford have founded Unique Projects: Calgary's true custom renovation company.
Always a hands-on guy, Adrian felt a great deal of passion for building and seeing projects come to fruition. Bringing a logical flare to his work, Adrian knew that by founding a company with his now partners, Adam and Joel, they would be able to turn the stigma of the construction industry on its head and provide, not only a product of quality but also care for people - not sales.
We believe that preparing the work listed below will help our clients gain a clear vision of the future project and its preliminary budget allocation. Meeting 2: gather details of the proposed project using our as-built drawings (2-4 hours). Meeting 3: present the scoping budget in addition to the concept and design drawings (2-4 hours).
While bungalows may seem old fashioned or even outdated to some, they hold great potential. Mostly built in the 1900's, they often lack open spaces and can seem non-practical. We've been working Unique Projects since we moved to Calgary and we've found that Adrian and Adam are extraordinarily Unique people. The Team at Unique Projects have helped us time and time again in both our homes.
They've opened up a wall for us - and arranged the structural engineer - and put in new floors in our former townhome when we had a water leak from the second floor to basement. Ooftah.
When we purchased our current home, they were the first call as we had tonnes to update. 4 bathrooms totally overhauled, a skylight, and a back yard deck and kitchen renovation in planning stages later and they've always been at our side. It's a great working relationship as we get to know them better - and they us - as we work through
