At M Franks Construction Ltd., we specialize in all areas of residential construction, from home additions to large scale renovation projects to the construction of custom homes. All aspects of your build from the initial conceptualization through design, permits, researching by-laws, zoning, etc. are addressed accordingly.
We make every effort to do our work with minimum inconvenience to our clients. We will arrange our working hours to suit our clients. If material and tools have to pass through your home or business, we will protect your flooring and furniture with protective coverings. When demolition work is required, we will seal the area until work is complete and remove debris in containers where possible or remove through exterior of room if doable.
