We met Fransois and Valerie (West Quality Roofing & Exteriors) at the Calgary Home Show. We had them remove and replace our old vinyl siding on our home and shop with Hardie Board, they also replaced soffit, facia and gutters. The following year we contacted them again to replace all our roofing and vents. Their crews were very professional and did a great job. They were detailed and meticulous with the installation. All were very pleasant, polite and took time to answer any questions we had. They worked quickly and efficiently and the site was cleaned daily before they left. Our siding and roofing

West quality is the best roofing and exterior company in Calgary. They did restoration of our house after the 2020 hailstorm in Calgary. I pick them after getting quotes from three different companies. They didn’t disappoint me. Very professional, stick to their quotes, and on time. I highly appreciate Valerie, Francois, kino, and Austin. They even sent their workers to fly away some birds, who make their way into attic, after some damage, on my request. Their good work ethics will make them a great company one day.

We are having the Hardie board to replace the old stucco, estimate 4-6 weeks, but took more than 3 months and still not done, they sent inexperienced installers to do the job, which didn't know what they are doing, the installers cannot even handle the job, and mistakes everywhere, they tried to sent many times to fix the mistakes, still not done it right, didn't silicone everywhere, missed lot of them, they keep sending inexperienced fixers to come fix their mistakes but they are not good enough to do the job.

West Quality Construction came and did the exterior of our home recently. They were incredible to work with, knowledgeable, patient, gave us a realistic timeline and kept to it. Right away they were clear on communication, the attention to detail and quality of workmanship was outstanding. We are incredibly happy with the work that was done on our home. EXCELLENT and meticulous work done by West Quality Roofing and Exteriors. My house siding was replaced and new doors are being installed. The work was excellent, detailed, and the crew working on my house was fabulous - personable, customer-focused, extremely professional, and paid huge attention to detail. We love the look of our new roof, and the vents made a big difference in keeping our house cool. We got a few quotes that were comparable, but I trusted that they would do a great job. This company came highly recommended by someone we know. They did an amazing job on theirs as well, fixing a problem created by another company that caused their house to leak. I highly recommend their services!

West Quality did a great job installing Hardie board siding on our house this spring. After getting a total of 5 quotes we selected them based on their experience, knowledge and price. They were on schedule, very reasonable with costs for extra work and it was of high quality. They were very quick to respond to our questions and requests for quotes. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars. People are what matter most in business. Francois and Valerie are excellent people to do business with. They are honest, trustworthy, reliable, professional, upfront, reasonable, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful.
