Alan is the founder and principal shareholder of Rocky Cross Construction (North) since it was formed in 2001. Before that he spend many years in the disaster restoration industry as an Estimator, Project Manager, Large Loss Manager and numerous other roles. One of Alan's key strengths has been in identifying top talent with the skills necessary to serve our customer and bringing them into our business.
His management philosophy has been to give his Team the training and tools they need to do their job and then let them do it. Lory joined our company as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2019. Lory has over 20 years of insurance claims and restoration industry experience, starting out as a Telephone, then Field Adjuster and advancing to regional and national senior management roles with insurance companies.

We are a leader in our industry, incorporating a full-time NCSO safety officer on staff to ensure our training and certifications programs are current, which include but are not limited to:. Our safety officer conducts site inspections, policy and procedure compliance, and liaises with Workers' Compensation.

After quite a long wait for our insurance to decide to cover the cost of the damage for the flooded basement, they connected us to Rocky Cross Construction. To be honest i thought this was going to take a really long time based on how long it took the insurance ompany to get us to this step, but it was nothing like that. It was very easy working with them, always easy to communicate and receive updates when needed.

Rocky Cross did a very good job repairing my ceiling due to a flood on my upper floor. We were sent to a hotel of our choice while repairs were done. Came home to a brand new ceiling and the cleaning and moving crew did an amazing job. The house looks great 👍 👌

Leaking Dishwasher damaged the hardwood floors and damaged the ceiling in the basement. RCCN were amazing at sending out an emergency team to start the cleanup and drying process followed by the hardwood repairs and the ceiling repairs including re-coating all the basement ceiling texture. At every single interaction the RCCN team were polite, helpful, accommodating and really a lot of fun to work with. The crews were meticulous in the work performed and made sure they wore masks, removed shoes and cleaned up everything along the way.

We always had great communication and the repair work was always done on time and with great quality.
