3/8 Plywood Exterior Grade will be used to cover the entire strapped roof deck, (only done for conversion from cedar shakes to fiberglass laminated asphalt shingles). GAF Deck Armor underlayment is a premium breathable, exceptionally strong with long-lasting protection. It has 25 years warranty. Pre-painted metal W shaped flashing which is 24 wide is used in valleys, 4 different colors available.

We wanted to know if we needed to replace our roof. Busy Boys inspected the roof and to our surprise informed us our roof is in great condition and had a life span much longer than we expected. They where even kind enough to provide some maintenance suggestions. We really appreciated their honestly, advice and time.

Busy Boys Roofing installed our new roof about 10 years ago. During the recent big rainstorm we had a small leak inside the house so I called Mike at Busy Boys to take a look. Mike was there promptly and discovered that it was a build up of needles and leaves around one of the vents. He cleaned it all up quickly, which is all it needed and called me to say I was good to go. Such great service, I highly recommend Busy Boys Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof or a roof repair.

I am truly impressed with the professionalism of this company. From the very first phone call, initial site visit, detailed scope of work quote, construction phase, and job completion Mike ensured that we were always looked after. BUSY BOYS ROOFING...mike(owner) is an honest, ethical and knowledgeable company owner. (Cal) who did much of the installation of my roof was patient, always on time and worked very hard. I asked many questions all throughout the roof installation, and both Mike and Cal were respectful and answered all my questions without hesitation. I love my new roof! This firm is one awesome professional roofer. They are great to work with and do what they say. I called Velux Skylights in Ontario and spoke with the National Sales Manager as I required 3 new Velux Skylights. We had a tree fallen onto our roof, damaged both the roof and some parts of the structures. Mike came over and carefully examined the house, gave us a detailed estimate of jobs that should be done and the cost. We ended up not only fixing the damaged part but also replace the entire roof for the house. The crews from Busy Boys Roofing are very efficient and professional, they also clean up the worksite nicely when the job is done. Now our house looks brand new! We are very happy with the result.
