Prequalification is simply a way of gathering and assessing information about interested subcontractors to determine that contractor's capacity to complete a job. By considering experience, certifications and identifying signs of safety and financial risk, we can assess whether the applicant has the necessary qualifications and skills to work on our projects.

We first chose the other company instead of GTAGC, even though Abe and his team provided us a detailed comprehensive presentation. After going through a miserable period, we decided to go back to GTAGC. Abe was openly welcome us back. He is such a warm, professional and experienced business leader. His team is just as great as Abe, from the very responsible sales and business development manager, to the amazing interior designer and the very helpful project manger. I found GTA General Contractors after a friend gave me their contact information. I called and spoke to somebody right away. I told them what I was looking for and they assured me that everything would be handled. I was kind of nervous at first but they made me feel at ease by explaining exactly what they were going to do and what steps they would take to get there. Altogether the project took around three months. I would definitely use their service again.
