Reuter Roofing

After Barry came to give a quote on my roof, which I accepted, I was completely ghosted after following up for a job date. No response to my emails - just disappeared. I assume because project was in Toronto but decency to let me know would have been good so I was not left hanging for two months and to find another roofer.
Only reason I give 3 stars as two other jobs were well performed in prior years. Otherwise 1 star for wasted time/energy on that roof.

Having previously worked in the roofing industry I used Cory for several of my residential clients and he did a great job. I often popped in to confirm that the job was being done as specified and were up to my standards and his crews did a great job. I would definitely recommend Reuter Roofing.

We had a new roof installed. Any questions we had were answered very quickly by Mike. The job was completed on schedule and under budget which was a nice surprise. The whole crew was very professional and were very careful not to cause any damage to our interlock driveway with the bins when removing the old shingles. Months after the install we had damage to the soffits cause by a raccoon, so we contacted Mike to see if he had someone that could repair them and he had someone there within a day to fix everything. Overall we are very happy with the service we received from Mike and the whole team

We had water leaking in our kitchen last week. We contacted Reuter Roofing and they sent a guy out same day. Discovered an ice dam on our roof. Provided temporary and long term strategies to ensure the leak is taken care of. We will be contacting them in the Spring when the snow is gone and have them fix our roof permanently. Great communication and customer service skills provided by Cory the owner. Thanks so much again. TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend.

Hired Reuter Roofing to replace our clients roof after a wind storm. The experience was terrible. The workmanship was very poor. Within the first months of the "new roof", our client reported water coming in during a rain normal rains, damaging the drywall ceilings in the home.
Giving a Reuter roofing a chance to review and repair, they claimed that the issue was the shingles hadn't heat set yet, but months later it was still the same issue. We hired another trade to inspect, and re-attended myself to see for myself, my photos shared here, in how poor the installation was, lack of nailing, raking

I had a great experience with the company, both in terms of the responsiveness of the owner, Cory, and the precision of the work done by their roof installation team. When I talked to Cory that the roof of my recently purchased house might have some leak, he sent the team within a short amount of time to replace the roof. Also, when I asked the team to do some extra work (like adding a few vents, making them water-tight, and removing plywood that was moldy from underneath), they addressed my needs immediately). Thanks to Rick Macintosh for getting our leaky roof replaced during this challenging time. Water was coming down through the bedroom light fixture as a result of the torrential rain we had 2 weeks ago. The guys did a superb job in 1 Day installing the new roof. Thank you again for coming to our rescue during this emergency need.

Reuter Roofing replaced our roof about 7-8 years ago. Unrelated to the shingles we recently had a leak from our gas fireplace exhaust which vents from the roof. I called Reuter Roofing not thinking they would do this but they sent someone out within 24 hours and fixed the sealant on a metal flashing collar on the vent. I would recommend this roofing company for your home.

Terrible crew show up work for an hour take a break for 3 hours sun was out all day never seen them around at all my roof has been without soffit and fascia for a week now...

We had a second roofing company inspect the job after Reuter was done, and they summed it up as 'these guys should know better'.
To Reuter's credit, they came out several times to perform fixes. Unfortunately, there are still issues. I've asked Cory several times to come to the house to confirm the work meets his standards. I never get a response.

Reuter Roofing sent Tim Selvey and crew to my Stratford home to replace my roof. The work was done fast and looks excellent. The price was less than what I paid another company 17 years ago. Great experience!

Led us on after quoting us a price and for two days now has been saying he'll come out and replace the few shingles lost in the wind storm but his guys don't want to deal with the angle of our roof. It's now raining for the second time since and I'm waiting to see rain damage in my little girls room now!
