The cost for you to repair or replace your roof will vary depending on the size and slope of your roof, if there is any damage or leaks, the type of shingles you choose, if any flashing needs to be replaced, and if you have any roof structures (such things as skylights and chimney's). Allan Beach redid our roof 6 years ago. The other day a few shingles on the top of ridge cap came off due to wind storm. I contacted Allan and he came and repaired the missing shingles the next day. Fantastic service! This is why he's been in business for 35 years! I bet there are not many roofing companies that would be so responsive.
