Terrible. Signed a contract in June to repair our roof/gutter and gave them a deposit. They did not do the job and are no longer returning our emails or calls. Nor, have they returned our deposit as requested. It is now November. No stars should be an option.
We wrote this review and a reply was immediately made indicating that there were supply issues and offered to send our deposit back. It was amazing to see how quickly they responded when a negative review was received. It is now December 5 and we have still not received our deposit back. Seems they have a supply issue with their company cheques

First of all, dealing with Jack is wonderful. He's personable and honest. The crew were also amazing. They worked so well together. Wm Green Roofing just completed the removal and re-installation of shingles on my Century home. It was a tough job with a steep pitch, rear addition, front porch, valleys, etc. Jessie, Jack and Paul provided excellent service from the quote, through project coordination, to finish. This was all accomplished in very hot summer weather. Paul's crew did a first-class job on the roof and installed new Velux skylights. Moreover, they did their work safely, cleaned up the job site, and explained every step of the process. My new GAF Timberline shingles also look great on this old Victorian home. After

In response to your reply to my 1 star review: my elderly mother was cornered by Mr. Green and engaged in a shouting match on my front porch. She was shaking. How dare the owner of a company come to my door during a pandemic, get in the face of an elderly woman and start shouting? We have absolutely 0 emails or physical mailed invoices outstanding from your company.

WM Green roofing was a pleasure to work with. I called their office on a rainy day when my roof started to leak into my kitchen. He promptly set up his team to visit my house to take a look at the roof that same day! After review of the leak, it was determined that a small repair would need to be done, and I was scheduled in right away.
