Dave Merkley roofing was fantastic. They were very busy but put us in the queue to get our tired roof re-shingled before winter. Very reasonable, professional and the crew was quick and efficient with the job completed in one day.
Jackie Merkley was quick to answer our questions and did a great job communicating when materials would be delivered and when the job would be scheduled.
The new roof looks great and the site was left clean when the crew left.
The Dave Merkley crew are professionals.

Very good service. Installed new roof a couple of years ago and some vents has started to curl up. Dave’s crew was there ASAP to repair the roof. I have used them twice already and very happy with their work.

We had an asphalt Shingle Roof put on our house 4 1/2 years ago by Dave Merkly Roofing.
The last Big rain storm caused a leak over the garage.
Then it snowed covering the roof, I called regarding the leak, and as soon as the snow was gone Kyle came and addressed the problem. He suggested, and even offered to help with a modification to a down spout that would help with water volume and roof longevity.
That's the second time we've had Dave Merkly Roof this house and not the last, I'm sure.

Following our recent high wind storm I called the company and Dave said they were extremely busy with a high volume of calls with damaged roofs. No promises but it could be over a week before they could get to me. Well I just wanted to take the time to inform you that your staff were here this morning which was a very pleasant surprise since you had so many calls to service. The three guys were terrific and got the job done without any delay and were very professional and pleasant to talk with.

Dave's team put a new roof on our house 6 years ago. He was the only contractor who told us up front that our old skylight would not be able to be reused and we appreciated knowing we would have that cost up front and not getting a surprise like most of our neighbours who ended up with extra cost and living with a tarp over the hole where their skylight had been while waiting for a new one to come in. Recently the wind storm took off a section of our roof and even though it was a busy time for all the roofers we were told someone would come as soon as they could. Two days later our roof was fixed

So I go online this morning in search of a roofing company to come and fix some shingles the high winds damaged yesterday. I find many results and decide to call Dave first, since the website was well organized, BBB accredited and I got a good sense of professionalism about the company. Well, my good sense faded quickly when Dave called me back and said that they are very busy, since calls have been coming in all morning. OK. I understand that. It's the next thing he said that got me. He asked me how old my roof was. I told him it was 3 years old, to which he replied, well, I'm too busy, sorry

I was looking for a roofer, I called Merkley Roofing on July 30th 2014.
Followed up on Aug 6, I was told some one would call back. Received a call and was told could not find my house. I passed the information but never heard from then again.
So I called back on Aug 15th and my last call Sept 4th.
The lady that takes the messages always says the same thing. We'll call you back.
So after 6 weeks I have now decided that I can't trust a company that can not even return a simple phone call. I told them if they don't want to do the job, tell, so I won't loose my time waiting for them.
