Did not pick up
Call every time when guard calls doesn’t care about the employees HR and instructor are very disrespectful instructor late 45 minutes and hr 2.5 hr. They sell baton for 250 dollars outside you can get at 80 dollar maximum. Doesn’t pay employees on time. Did not pay for training at airport for 4 days. Garbage company and staff in the office.

Does not care for their employees.
Provides the minimum amount of compensation for their employees who work SO HARD AND DILIGENTLY.
Other companies such as Gardaworld pay their security guards what they are worth and for their times PROPORTIONATELY whereas ASP just exploits people and wants the maximum amount of work for minimum pay.
They do not even abide by the minimum 4 hour pay for shifts once you punch in - if a shift lasts less than 4 hours, they will only pay for the amount of time you actually work instead of complying with the 4 hour minimum pay rule because they are a CHEAP company

Worst company to work with, don’t get a job here even if they pay 16$/hr. Worst management and won’t response to anything nothing organised and orientation was unpaid for whole day and was all fake. You will not get your uniform anytime till 3 months. Even to get a sick leave no one picks up you calls. No management will be there if you face difficulties in work. Simply the company doesn’t give a heck about you.

So I got hired by ASP to work a respite site. I have experience in this and it did not bug me. Orientation was unpaid. The instructor kept giving ppl false information. We all had to wear mask and gloves. I did not mind this but.....the ppl in the office did not have to. The instructor made us feel like we were covid spreaders. He said we all had to wear gloves because he did not want to collect our papers if we were not wearing them. Yet we had to touch papers that he handed out without wearing gloves. I questioned the front desk as to why we had to protect them from getting covid and they did

If you apply to work with ASP, make sure you DO NOT purchase their batons for your uniform. They will charge you $250 for a basic Chinese mild steel 21" baton which retails for $55-60 at any security or surplus store.
I have had multiple clients who work for ASP come in looking for a sheath for their "high end company provided" batons and was astounded to find out they were basic Chinese batons with just a serial number printed on them. Other than that, everything was identical to the generic Chinese brand.
Don't get taken for an expensive ride. US made Monadnock 26" batons retail for $130-160

Travelers of the world, you have rights. Besides being treated with respect and not humiliated or threatened, you have the right to take pictures and/or video WITHOUT consent of the person abusing your rights. The woman pictured here, who works for ASP Security in Toronto, was nasty to me and flipped out when I snapped her picture. She actually boarded the shuttle bus to demand I delete the pictures. Talk about an invasion of privacy! She then berated me about not taking video. However, on my video you can hear her refusing to give me her name to report her to her supervisor. Upon termination of
