We take pride in being completely transparent with our customers about how we operate. We follow a five step process to ensure you get the perfect windows and doors for your home. This process allows you to know what to expect from us during the selection, manufacturing and installation process. When shopping for windows, you have a variety of options to consider.

Since 2001 we've helped homeowners just like you plan, buy and install windows and doors.
Thank you for your purchase. At this step all paperwork is processed, work order forms are generated for the next step. Once all products have a ready date our office will contact you to book your installation date. The installation team will arrive at your home in a timely manner. If you have any install concerns, the time to discuss them is when the installation team is on site.
Any and all changes that are to be made to the original agreement after ordering are subject to a $250 adminitration charge. No changes can be made 5 days after remeasure. If for some reason you cannot be home at the end of the job, please make arrangements for payment with our scheduling team prior to work being completed.

Im shocked to read the positive reviews…exact opposite to my experience. Sales person was wonderful, but everything since has been a nightmare. Booking issues (installers not showing up, TWICE). Money taken from my account with no work done. When you call it’s always someone different. Calls are never returned and if they do call, it’s the number you asked them not to use. Such a disappointment! Buyer beware!!!!

This has been a very frustrating experience and I don't want anyone else to go through this.
I purchased top of the line steel doors. The double door installation started with a hole cut in the second door that I did not request and the pushbutton keypad installed but not functioning in the primary door. The installers stayed while I ran to the store to get another lock to cover the hole in the second door.

Very professional salesman and installation crew, but....,
4 plus weeks later than expected for installation. With zero communication it was going to be a longer wait. Installation is still not completed 2 doors haven't come yet. One screen is to small... yet customer service has not replied to any of my calls or emails. Very frustrating at the corporate level not the front end. Oh I'm still waiting for the installation date for my 2 doors.. contract was signed in early April...

The windows are nice and I think a good value for the money! I did not like the estimator at all. He was full of himself and very pushy. First impressions are important. But I liked the product so I went with them. Windows look fabulous - the installer came when expected and was done within 3 hours! Overall, I'm happy.

Window quality seems okay, but very poor installation workmanship and finishing. Didn't clean up site. Made a huge mess inside the property when cutting in new windows and never cleaned up. Took forever to correct major errors and still haven't finished all problems. Service manager is brutal and completely fabricates stories to get out of his problems. Extremely dishonest company. Have no idea how they are still in business. If you end up using them be very careful with your documentation and make sure you withhold money until everything is complete.
