Never been ao disappointed with end result in my life. Started right from the install as they used a new installer (which they deny to date) and had to have a technician come in to restaple the stairs and recarpet the master closet. It looked sooo bad from the start.
Now the poor install is showing its face 3 years into the install. We have loose carpet everywhere with bubbles, showing seems and wrinkles in our carpet. We take extraordinary care of our home safe have (1) 10 yr old girl before the question of us being too hard on our carpet comes up.

Absolutely amazing service! We went to Carpets for Less when a competitor completely screwed us around, and not only were we fit into their schedule, the installer was absolutely AMAZING!! there was a small communication issue with the age of our concrete in the basement and the installer wasn't sure if he was going to be able get it done within our time frame we were originally quoted, but once we explained the stress and anxiety it was causing our special needs son he went above and beyond getting it installed when we needed it!

Our experience with this company was simply amazing from start to finish! We called, Jerry the estimator came to our home to measure and we received our quote from Terry the following day! The price was thousands less than the big box stores and the carpet and underlay quality was much higher. The installers showed up on schedule and their experience showed! They did an amazing job!We feel like we have a new home again! We highly recommend this company!

We recently purchased carpet for our bedroom and closet from Terry at Carpets for Less. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic from start to finish. Terry listened to our request, found the right carpet for us and gave us a quote, within 10 minutes. We wanted the install, as soon as possible, and he was able to book us in for the following day.
John, the installer arrived on time, and was highly respectful, and knowledgeable. He has 32 years of experience, and it showed. Terrific install, with zero issues.

Very competitive price for the good quality carpet and underlay that we chose. Terry was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Carpet was chosen, rooms measured and then installed by two very professional fitters in just over a week. We are very pleased with the whole process and would certainly recommend Carpets for Less to anybody.

There's a great guy working there called Terry but that's as far as the business goes. Paid $2200 for carpet in a 780sqft space, installed.
Well the installer was hard to understand with the accent and when they came to do the install left scrapes and marks on the walls. This was a newly developed basement. I contacted Terry and he said for me to email the manager Doug, did that and got no response. I also own my own business and would never think of ignoring customers. Not good business.
